Free trial, what's the catch?

During your 14-day free trial, you'll have full access to the features in our GoPremium plan. All videos made during your trial period will be watermarked. You'll be able to share your videos but not download or export them.

You do not need to share any credit card information to start the trial.

Will I lose my videos if I don't subscribe?

We'll keep your videos in cloud storage after your trial expires. Right after you subscribe to a plan - you'll be able to edit and publish your videos again!

So after I sign up - what happens at the end of my subscription? How do I renew?

Your business subscription will auto-renew at the end of each term. The auto-renewal will last for the same duration as your original subscription.

How do I turn off the auto-renewal?

That's easy. Go to "Your Account", then "Account Settings", then click the toggle switch next to "auto-renew". That's it. Your subscription privileges will remain until the end of your current term. Your credit card will not be charged again unless you manually re-subscribe.

Can I sell my videos to individuals?

Yes. With a GoPublish, GoPremium, or GoTeam subscription, you can sell your videos to consumer end users, provided that the video is for their personal use.

Can I sell my videos to companies or organisations?

By default, the commercial license included in your business subscription is non-transferable. However, GoPremium and GoTeam subscribers have the option to purchase a "Rights Transfer" for $79 per video. As part of generating the Rights Transfer, you will have the option of generating a proof of ownership document for your client.

Will I lose my videos if I cancel my paid account?

We'll keep your videos in cloud storage. Right after you re-subscribe to a plan - you'll be able to edit and publish your videos again!
